Commercial Filming & Photography
Commercial filming and photography is allowed at the Bellamy Mansion Museum. The stunning architecture and beautiful natural grounds of the Bellamy Mansion Museum make it the perfect backdrop for capturing images of your latest commercial product, service, wedding photos or promotional material. The site provides a diversity of settings that evoke the glamour of the Jazz Age, the history of the Antebellum period and the charm of the South.
If you want to use the Bellamy Mansion Museum in your upcoming photo shoot, film, TV series or video, please review the guidelines below to help answer questions you may have about the facility or filming policies. NOTE: Photography shoots MUST be planned at least two weeks in advance and must be confirmed by museum personnel.
Members of the media may photograph or film within approved areas of Bellamy Mansion Museum for the purpose of news coverage. The photographer must contact the Rental Coordinator and schedule an appointment. All organized photo shoots must be approved by museum staff.
Commercial photographers not commissioned by the Museum may not conduct photo/video shoots in the Museum without prior consent from the Rental Coordinator. Fees may apply. Please consult with the Rental Coordinator for more information.
The Bellamy Mansion Museum reserves the right to request a copy of all materials prior to them produced and distributed for approval. The museum reserves the right to suspend or deny the publication of any photograph or video production it deems inappropriate and not in keeping with the Bellamy Mansion Museum brand.
The Bellamy Mansion Museum requires that all outside vendors sign a release and liability waiver before coming on site for the filming or photo shoot.
Production teams must adhere to all policies and procedures of the Museum. Any failure to do so will result in expulsion from the site.
Filming equipment should be carried safely and securely throughout the Museum to minimize risk to the collections and visitors.
The Museum may photograph or videotape visitors for educational and promotional purposes. Attendance on Museum property is implied consent for the use of visitors' likenesses for marketing purposes.
Bellamy Mansion Museum staff has the authority to approach and verify the intent of photography, and to enforce the Photography Policy.
