Exhibitions and Art Shows
Each year the Bellamy Museum transforms the second main level of the mansion into a gallery space where local artists display original works for 6-8 week exhibitions between February and November. View exhibits, free of charge, any time the museum is open (M-Sat. 10 am-4 pm, Sundays 1 pm-4 pm). Please stop by the Carriage House Visitor Center to gain admission.
Over the past few years, we have been privileged enough to host exhibitions by Patricia Barrow, Kate Cardamone, Todd Carignan, Jay DeChesere, Clinton Meyer, Michael Van Hout, Mark Weber, Owen Wexler, the Cape Fear Camera Club, St. Mark's First African Quilting Circle, and many others. Original painting of Bellamy Slave Quarters, featured on the page header, by Todd Carignan, 2019. |
