The Bellamy Mansion Museum is available for your upcoming private event and, as one of Wilmington's historic and architectural treasures, it offers an exquisite backdrop far from your typical boardroom. The site offers flexibility in space and event style, so make yourself at home and let us help you create the perfect private event for up to 50 guests.

The site features quaint gardens, grand columns, wrap-around porches, and 5,000-square feet of rental space. You and your guests will enjoy close proximity to local beaches, shopping, breweries, restaurants, the award-winning Riverwalk, and plenty of charming B&Bs and exemplary hotels.

As of May 1, 2023, we will not host private events that include catering.

Private Event Rentals Include:

• Access to the mansion's 2 main levels (interior)
  • Event staff also has access to the mansion's basement level
• Access to porches and garden (exterior)
• Access to the museum's parking lot (30 parking spaces)
  • Additional free street parking surrounding the museum​
• Access to audio/visual equipment including projector and screen 
  • A/V options available for smaller groups in the museum's Carriage House 
• Renters have the option of using their own vendors
