Private Rentals 

So Much More Than Your Average Venue

The Bellamy site is an historic house museum which allows certain private rentals at the discretion of the staff and as scheduled events on the museum calendar allow. The site cannot accommodate certain needs and may not be right for your event, so a walkthrough of the property is recommended. The site can offer flexibility in space and event style for private events for up to 50 guests.

The site features quaint gardens, grand columns, wrap-around porches, and 5,000-square feet of rental space. Please note rentals that require catering may not be approved. Email associate director, Leslie Morton, at [email protected] to inquire.

Private Event Rentals Include:

• Access to the mansion's 2 main levels (interior)
  • Event staff has access to the basement level as well
  • ​​GUESTS MUST BE ABLE TO CLIMB STAIRS
• Access to porches and garden (exterior)
• Access to the museum's parking lot (30 parking spaces)
  • Additional free street parking surrounding the museum​ 
• Renters have the option of using their own vendors
